TALENTS

OMAR SARTOR
photographer

Omar was born in Vittorio Veneto (TV) in 1981 and after a diploma as agricultural expert and a future as veterinarian, he decided to change everything to study cinema and photography.

He travels often, possibly on his motorbike. He loves the landscape, especially the wild one of the great north, but in the same way he is fascinated by getting lost in the big metropolises and studying how they slowly twirl, envelop and fade towards the suburbs.

His photographic research path develops around the natural and anthropic landscape, their relationships and the elements that distinguish them (signs, colors, textures, shapes, materials, etc.), elements that often reassemble in Still life to reconstruct the world of signs that characterize a place.

The creative and research dimension, which often leads him to exhibit in international galleries, is flanked by a professional dimension that moves between fashion and design, from Valentino to Poliform through Jil Sander.

He regularly publishes in magazines such as Living, l’Officiel Hommes, Sirene Journal, Travel +, D la repubblica and some others.
